- Offenses regarding accident penalty include Rs. 5000 or imprisonment up to 6 months
- Violation of road regulations penalty includes Rs. 1000
- Traveling without tickets in public transport penalty includes Rs. 500
- General penalty for the first offender is Rs. 500 and for a second-time penalty is Rs. 1500
People who drive roughly on road and don’t provide pass to the emergency vehicles like ambulance would also be charged now and the penalty set for such driver is Rs. 10000 or community service.
